Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Great Garden Plants Store, we want every aspect of your gardening experience to flourish. We understand that sometimes plants may not thrive as expected, and we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges policy.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your plants. This gives you adequate time to assess your new additions and ensure they’re settling well into your garden.
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your items:
- Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide Details: Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return
- Receive Instructions: We’ll email you with specific return shipping instructions
- Package Carefully: Pack the plants securely in their original packaging if possible
- Ship Back: Send the package to our nursery address: 508 Hall Valley Drive, SOUTH CHINA, US 04358
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refund Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
If you’d like to exchange for different plants:
- Follow the same return process above
- Specify which plants from our collections you’d prefer instead (Evergreens, Ferns & Foliage, Fragrant, Grasses, Native, Succulents, or Wet Soils plants)
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the returned items
- Any price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
⚠️ Important Note: Non-Returnable Items
Due to the delicate nature of certain plant varieties and to ensure their viability, we cannot accept returns on:
- Fragrant plants that have been removed from their original packaging
- Wet Soils plants that show signs of improper care or drying out
- Any plants that have been planted or removed from their containers
- Custom or special order items from our Native collections
